5. Background
Regulation (EC) 924/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on cross-border payments (repealing Regulation (EC) 2560/2001). This Regulation also addresses statistical reporting obligations, including a review clause, for cross-border payments.
